Why should you train with us?
We are the only organisation to run a National Qualification to train as a sleep constant. We are closely associated with the National Associated of sleep Consultants which regulates the profession and supports Sleep consultants
How much does it cost to train?
It costs £950 to train with us which covers your registration, course material , tutor support and your one year membership to the National Association of Sleep Consultants (NASC)
Is the course accredited?
Yes. The course is accredited with the NOCN and is the only one of its kind. Naturally Nurturing provide a fully accredited training course in Sleep Consultancy for Psychologists, Health Visitors, Nannies, and Maternity Nurses. Naturally Nurturing Sleep Clinic (NNSC) is the only training provider to offer this National Qualification in the UK to train as a Sleep Consultant and the accreditation has European and Global application. Our Sleep Consultancy Course is fully accredited and as such we have built up an excellent reputation through the quality of our service. We are expending to offer an innovative progression award and training course to child care professionals both within the UK and Worldwide.
What can I do once I am qualified?
On successful completion all Consultants will automatically gain membership to the National Association of Sleep Consultants; A professional regulatory body for all Sleep Consultants. You can then choose to work as an independent sleep consultant or apply to join our team of National and international sleep consultants
What does the course consist of?
The course comprises of eight individual units providing you with progession credits at level two and three. Units can be competed as singular modules for which you will receive a certificate of completion. To gain the full award learners must successfully complete all eight units
Where are the courses held?
Courses held in Croydon, London and Surrey are designed to provide ongoing professional development for Health care workers and child carers, keeping them informed of current best practice. Some Courses are run internationally, please contact for more details about these courses
How long Is the course?
Learners attend a compulsory two day training event held on Fridays and Saturdays , after that the course is completed via long distance learning over six months. Learners are able to complete the course online or via the royal mail postal service
How easy it is to pass?
We want the very best candidates to qualify as sleep consultant , so our course require you have some prior learning or qualification in a related field. We support all our leaner’s and provide you with one opportunity to resubmit work that fails to meet the pass criteria. We have a high completion rate
Who runs the course?
The course is run by Accredited Tutors and Psychologists, from time to time we invite special guest fro related disciplines to contribute to the course learning.
How do I become a member of the National Association of Sleep Consultants?
Once you have sucessfully completed the course you automatically become a member of the NASC. Membership renewal is yearly for which a subscription fee is due after the first year. Individuals who are interested in the work of NASC can also become members once they are able to demonstrate qualifications and experiences that meet NASC criteria.
